Professionally framed to 16×20″ with embossed metal moulding, double mats, and archival UV-blocking plexiglass.
This piece is an Art Nouveau-inspired playful depiction of DART impacting Dimorphos, who is quite shocked! Inspired by the posters of Alphonse Mucha, and the 1902 short film, “Le Voyage dans la Lune” (I can’t explain why my brain went there, it just did.) I studied some examples of Art Nouveau typography before hand-lettering the poster.
